So try out this off-feet conditioning session to build aerobic capacity and keep the legs fresh!

A mix of long extensive intervals and short HIIT Intervals to build your engine:

Rep 1 - 4 mins on / 2 mins off

Rep 2 - 2 mins on / 1 min off

Rep 3 - 1 min on / 30s off

Rep 4 - 40s on / 20s off

Rep 5 - 20s on / 10s off
