December is a busy time of year for us.
Our routines are disrupted - weekends spent shopping, the work’s Christmas night out, more temptations than usual.
Where does our health and fitness fit in all of this?

We invest a lot of time and effort into our fitness journey every year, but what should we do over Christmas period?
At Organic our approach is pretty simple…
You are an adult who is capable of making their own decisions - it comes down to:
What your goals are
How much progress do you want to make towards these goals over Christmas
Adjusting your expectations based on the first two bullet points.
Despite being quite laissez-faire here, we do have some principles that we encourage our members to abide by:
Most importantly, have fun, it’s Christmas! Have a wonderful time with family and friends
Make sensible decisions around food & drink (don’t completely derail all of the progress you have made this year).
Stay active (Go on walks with friends and family)
