You may think that being fit and strong requires a complete overhaul of your life.

But by identifying the 20% of things that yield the greatest return on investment

And then doubling down on those inputs..

You will reach your health and performance potential seamlessly.

A good rule of thumb when it comes to progressively overloading intensity is;

If you can complete 2+ additional reps above the target rep range…

On the last 2 sets of the exercise…

It’s probably time to increase the weight.
