Our Small Group Personal Training Community
So what actually is Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?
Small Group Personal Training is Individualised Training & 1-1 Coaching in a Small Group Setting.
We started Organic Strength back in November 2022. Our mission was, and continues to be, to support individuals to achieve their impossible.
We focus on the process and the journey.
Weāre not about ātransformationsā or quick fixes.
There is no āend goalā.
Health & Fitness is more than tracking on myfitnesspal.
Or how many calories we burned in that session.
That is not saying that it isnāt important.
But for us, it means more than that.

We value community, and right now we are building a culture of likeminded individuals.
Individuals who want to better themselves, to become the best version they could possibly be.
