Hey Team Dan hereā¦
I want to share a success story of our members who is on one of our Fat Loss Programmes.
Peter reached out in March this year, with the desire to lose fat whilst getting fitter and stronger.
Now before I go into Peterās programme, I want to share with you his amazing success so far:

Scale Weight (kg) Trend
Peter has made tremendous progress this year, clearly illustrated by his change in scale weight (-9.6kg) and a 5-inch reduction in belly button circumference.
Peter started his programme in early March; completing an initial 2x weight training sessions per week and an independent cardio session.
When we first started training, Peter found it difficult completing a bodyweight squat. Now, he is comfortably Back Squatting 40kg!
I am super proud of him.
Below is a brief insight into some of the more recent work Peter has been putting in each week, as goals have evolved since.

NUTRITION
Peter has also been following an individualised Nutrition Programme. There have been bumps in the road early on as we formed the habits and routines necessary for long term successā¦
But I think this second visual (below) really shows us that hard work pays off.
