🌱 Keep It Simple, Stupid.
QUOTE OF THE DAY 🌱
“Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking”
KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID.

Following the ‘Keep It Simple, Stupid’ Principle on the journey to your potential can skyrocket your consistency and feelings of progress.
If you don’t, you can end up becoming a slave to your to-do list.
Whilst still feeling unfulfilled.
So if you want to smash your goals and achieve your impossible, then try something like this:
SIMPLE DAILY ACTIONS
Do something to improve the body - gym session, conditioning, sport-training, a recovery walk.
Do something to improve the mind - Read a book, listen to a podcast, meditate, spend time in nature
Eat clean and track It - Do this for 90% of the time
Get 7-9 hours sleep - Recovery is a cornerstone of performance
Don’t just see this as a tick-box exercise, approach each of these activities with intention.
This is all you need to really be exceptional.

“I am struggling to consume the number of calories I need to to gain muscle, can you help?”
Divide your total daily calorie and protein targets up into the number of meals & snacks you plan to have.
This creates more manageable and specific targets for each feeding opportunity.
Focus then on hitting these meal-time targets..
Doing so will see you hit your daily goals with ease.
Importantly, I would recommend this approach to anyone in a fat loss phase, maintenance or muscle gain phase.
