As you know, the last twelve months of Organic Strength have been a bit of a whirlwind.

This growth has been a result of shifting my priorities to entrepreneurship and business & personal development - meaning my own training, nutrition and physical development have dropped down the pecking order.

Training has been inconsistent and gains have been fleeting. Paired with reoccurring injuries (because I didn’t see it as a priority), training & nutrition was a solid 5.7/10. Room to improve…

The New Year brings with it a fresh start, an opportunity to reset and start again.

We see the re-emergence of fitness challenges like ‘75 Hard’, and more attainable 10k Steps a Day challenges - with the aim of developing habits that will improve our long term physical self.

These can be pretty intensive depending on your entry level, and the New Year can also be pretty overwhelming as we set our goals for the upcoming year…

For me, 2024 is about prioritising my physical development just as much as the growth of Organic Strength.

That’s why I have created The Performance Journal.

It’s not an unrealistic ‘challenge’, but more a daily log of physical & self-development, whilst also documenting the growth of Organic Strength 🌱

The Performance Journal will last 76 Days. The Final Day will be the 17th March 2024, the day myself, Becca & members of the Organic Strength Team complete the Liverpool Half Marathon.
