75 HARD? PLEASE DON’T…

If you have ventured into the self-improvement side of social media, you will be aware of a challenge called 75 Hard.

But if you’re not, its a challenge whereby participants must for 75 consecutive days:

  • Complete 2× 45-minute workouts, one of which must be outdoors

  • Follow a clean diet of their choosing

  • Take a progress picture

  • Drink 4.5L of water

  • Read 10 pages of a book

If you miss a day, your progress resets to Day One…

Now I am all for personal development be it physically, mentally, financially.

But there is one thing about this challenge that I do not like…

You do not need to be training twice a day to see transformative results.

You are busy; you have work, your studies, your sport training which all take up large amounts of your time each week.

Do you really need to train 14 times per week to reach your goals?

Absolutely not.

2-3x sessions per week, a mix of resistance training and some aerobic conditioning - is a potent formula to get you heading in the right direction.

But, what I do like about this challenge is its call for consistency - 75 Days of hard work.

Imagine where you would be in 11 Weeks if you started showing up today...

SUMMARY

One training session won’t change your life. But imagine how strong the foundations would be after 75 Days of work.

1) Training 2-3 times per week will bring sustainable long term success

2) List your daily non-negotiables and get to work
