Hey Team itâs Dan, Co-Founder of Organic Strength.
I wanted to share with you a fascinating concept that I am certain will help you become the person you want to be.
If you Google search âhow many decisions do we make a day?â. You will be amazed at the response you get

Online reports indicate that we make around 35,000 decisions each DAY. Some decisions we donât even realise weâre making, weâre on autopilot. They are our daily tasks, habits and routines.
Other decisions we make are more sporadic, but serve as an important inflection point in our lives; be that health and fitness, career or relationships.

These inflection points often occur because of a desire to make a change in our lives. These decisions are met with uncertainty, with the bigger decisions having greater associated risk and uncertainty. So, what do most people do? They wait until they are 100% certain and then make the decision.
But what if I told you that 100% certainty doesnât exist, and that in every big course changing decision there will be uncertainty?
Uncertainty is the gap between the unhappy, frustrated current situation and the unknown happy situation you want to get to.
You have to travel this path if you want fulfilment and success.
So, how do we travel this path?
Well, 51% is Enough - enough to be at peace with your decision.

You can just get to 51% certainty, and when you do, make the decision and be at peace that you made the decision based on all of the information you had available at that time.
Youâll get more feedback faster.
Youâll learn faster.
Youâll progress faster.
If you wait for 100% certainty, youâll lose time, the chance to learn and lose the opportunity to grow.
I wanted to share this with you today because in my role as a Coach I speak to a lot of people who want to be more physically active and healthier, for themselves, for their family, for many different reasons.
But the main reservations I hear are âIâll think about it because I need to get fit first then Iâll startâ or âI want support but Iâll start when I am less busyâ.
These are examples of us needing to be 100% certain before we invest in ourselves - but we know we will never be 100% certain on anything.
This way of thinking just slows us down, it takes us longer to travel the path from unhappiness to success.
Imagine where you would be in 4, 8 or 12 weeks if you made the change today.
Faster decisions, quicker results.
All we need is 51%.
Have a wonderful day,
Dan Pearson,
