The path that you are on will require you to delay gratification - results aren’t going to magically appear overnight.

It can be tough to continue to show up every day when the results aren’t always significant or tangible.

Over time, if you are doing the right things consistently, growth will occur - and when it does, it is important that we have ways to measure it.

Here’s how we track our Members progress:

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

These tend to be more body composition (Muscle/Fat Mass) focused:

  • Scale Weight (Weekly)

  • Body Measurements (Monthly)

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

These assessments are performed every 4-12 weeks depending on the test and what we are measuring:

  • 3 Rep Max Test (Strength)

  • 3km, 5km or 10km Time Trial Run (Aerobic Capacity)

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

Determined through weekly, monthly and quarterly 1-1 reviews with your Coach:

  • Nutrition Assessment (Adherence)

  • Confidence

  • Programme Experience

  • Motivation

  • Stress

  • Habits (through our Daily Habit Builder)

As you can see, the measurements we collect are wide ranging, but they allow us to provide the best quality coaching programme:

  • To support each members individual needs

  • To push them when they need it

  • To hold them accountable to their actions

  • To be by their side when they need us most

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE

In the Action Call for the 4-Week Challenge, we discuss your 30-Day Target.

Then, the primary focus for the next 4 weeks is to smash this goal

(along with building the foundations that will deliver transformation results and high level performance.)

Once we smash this goal, we review the month and set our New Monthly Goal, Quarterly Target & Yearly Plan.
